Setting expectations, stopping the group when things spiral, reeling them back in, managing big emotions, narrating to reduce anxiety, building rapport through praising effort AND outcomes, and giving direct commands during high-chaos, high-anxiety, or injury situations.

Premier Provider accreditation requires at least three of your staff to be Certified Growth Mindset Facilitators. When your org completes the Elite tier, we issue you a code for two free facilitator certifications to get the ball rolling.
