After payment, you'll create your account (if you don't have one yet) and complete the application form in your provider portal. A board member reviews every application — you'll be notified once you're awarded a tier, and your badge will unlock and become verifiable across the network.
- One free appeal each year if you'd like to be re-reviewed for a higher tier.
- Additional applications within the same year are $25 each.
- Annual renewal is $125 — keeps your good standing and lets you apply to upgrade your tier.
