This certification covers the six things every youth enrichment pro runs into: group control and crowd management, activity design using the build-up method, trauma-informed facilitation, safety and emergency response, parent and caregiver communication, and the foundations of running a growth-mindset program. It is self-paced on your phone or laptop, takes about 1–2 hours to complete, and ends with a verifiable Master Facilitator certificate and badge.
The full certification normally runs $125 ($25 per course). Because we met you at this conference, this code covers all six courses — the whole credential, nothing held back.
Scan the code or go to growthmindsetnetwork.org/training, make a free account, and enter GROWTH26. The full program takes 1–2 hours and you can finish it across one or two sittings.
One use per email address. Good for the first 100 people, and this handout is one of them.
You'll leave with a plan for the hardest twenty minutes of your day, and a way to bring a group back without raising your voice.
A verifiable badge and Master Facilitator certificate your director can look up — and that belongs on your résumé.
Self-paced on your phone. Every module ends in a real scenario, retakes are unlimited, and nobody is grading you.
Scan this code. Taking the Growth Mindset pledge costs your organization nothing — no dues, no fee. Vetted providers earn our trustmark and become eligible for subsidized enrollments, which means kids who couldn't afford your program last summer can show up to it this one.
